Consulting to CEOs, COOs, etc. to accomplish the following:

Establish and articulate a vision and direction for the future of their organization; and design management and organizational strategies to achieve that new vision;

Coordination of all merger integration planning and implementation activities;

Design of an organization transformation projects to guide the efforts of companies in making major changes to more of the full potential of the company; to become more competitive and responsive to the needs of clients and potential clients, and to accomplish strategic business goals;

Design and facilitate a process to enable executive teams to identify issues and critical success factors, articulate a new vision and direction for the company and formulate strategies for growth and change. Included were executive team retreats which also cultivated a cohesive and fully functional executive team;

Evaluate the current performance, effectiveness, and tone of the organization;

Plan, coordinate, and facilitate large meetings for leadership, and/or the entire organization to roll out the new vision and direction and pave the way for positive change (e.g., plan and direct three and four day meetings/celebrations for 500 people);

Create a positive working environment within executive teams with members representing many high level and disparate groups;

Consulting to professional development committees, training departments, etc. to:

Create and implement a full curriculum of education and development for individuals at all levels within the organization;

Formulate and utilize "train-the-trainer" techniques to involve both senior and junior people in the development programs to ensure ongoing quality of, and commitment to, education programs. This program also allows the individuals who serve as program leaders the opportunity to utilize and polish their leadership and facilitation skills.

Consulting to departmental and business unit leaders in developing marketing strategies for the accomplishment of departmental goals for growth and profitability.
